Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 6pm & Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

Data Cleaning and Transformation:

Analyse and clean data to remove duplicates, correct errors, and standardize formats.
Data assessment: Reviewing data to understand the volume, format, and quality.
Transform legacy data into Salesforce-compatible formats using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.

Data Migration and Maintenance:

Map and import data into Salesforce using tools like Data Loader or Salesforce Inspector.
Conduct post-migration quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Assist to develop and implement strategies for ongoing data hygiene.

CRM Expertise:

Preferably to understand Salesforce and/or other CRM data model, including objects, fields and relationships.

Data Governance and Compliance:

Ensure all data handling adheres to applicable privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA).

Requirements:

Diploma with minimum 1-2 years working experience in data input and analysis roles.
Experience with the CRM system, Salesforce and proficient in MS Excel.
Experience with Excel to analyse and identify data inconsistencies.
