  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Legal Assistant Manager (Regional Corporate Function, Japanese speaking)

Job responsibilities:

  • Overall legal and compliance matters in ASEAN regions
  • Provide legal and compliance support for the establishment of internal regulations and good governance systems for group companies in ASEAN regions.
  • Conduct legal and compliance training for expatriates and local staff in ASEAN regions
  • Keep the Company updated on legal developments in ASEAN regions
  • Offer legal counsel on a wide range of commercial activities in ASEAN regions by drafting or reviewing contracts, and agreements, and collaborating with outside counsels and relevant departments at HQ
  • Prepare board resolutions for the Company and its invested holding companies

Job requirements:

  • Minimum diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 3 years of legal experience gained in a reputable law firm or in-house
  • Expertise in legal knowledge and experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Strong legal knowledge with good business judgement.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese to liaise with the legal team from the Japan Headquarters
