Job Responsibilities
You get to be involved in either:
Dim Sum Kitchen – Xiao Long Bao, Dumplings, Desserts and Beverages
Hot Kitchen – Noodles, Fried Rice, Appetizers, Fried Items
What you will do:
Organize and arrange the necessary ingredients and tools.
Execute daily kitchen tasks and activities.
Scrutinize the quality and quantity of food to maintain the desired standards.
Examine the presentation of dishes to ensure they meet established standards when coordinating orders.
Aid in keeping track of inventory and supplies.
Adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for managing food waste.
Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to details
Flexible to work on weekends
Able to stand long hours
Salary $2,500 for entry level.
