Job Description:
- Responsible for recruitment process from job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, coordination of interviews, and administrative components involved.
- Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
- Register and update OFWAS.
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding administration.
- Handling WICA claims and liaising with insurers.
- Administer and renewal of staff and general insurances.
- Process and maintain purchase orders to suppliers
- Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes
- Ensure all documents are kept/filled in proper for quick retrieve
- Monitor all office & depot equipment are serviced/maintained/tested as per schedule
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirement:
- At least 1 to 3 years of HR experience in Singapore
- Experience in using INFO-TECH is an added advantage
- Familiar with HR practices and well-versed with
- Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
- Good communication skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problemsolving skills
