• To plan and arrange for recruitment drive.
• To handle recruitment - Placing job advertisements, attend to walk-in applicants, schedules for interviews from all areas (on-site, outdoor and office).

• To fill up job order form for various agencies, halfway houses, as well as making contact to get job seeker refer to us.
• To conduct outdoor recruitment.
• To manage and maintain social media account For Operations
• To monitor the attendance and movement of relief workers. • To assist in deployment of relief workers.
• To record and consolidate relief workers attendance.
• To discuss on manpower movement for new projects.
For General HR matter
• To assist in general HR administration paperwork.
• To attend to any queries / clarifications pertaining to HR matters.
Job Requirements:
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a cleaning industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
