Main Responsibilities

-Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant

-Monitor labor and F&B costing matters

-Conduct daily checklist

-Take order, clearing and table setting

-Lead a team of captain/service crew to ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant

-Handle cashiering duties

-Assist in bi-monthly stock take

-Guide and train new/existing service crew

-Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

-Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

-Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards

-Strong public relations skills

-Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

-A strong leader & team player

-Demonstrate commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build customer loyalty

-Exceptional communication skills and the leadership capability to create a winning team
