Position Responsibilities:

Project Management:​

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for NPD projects.​
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.​
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, marketing, operations, quality assurance) to ensure efficient collaboration and project delivery.​
  • Track and report project status to senior management, using appropriate metrics and KPIs.​

NPD Process:​

  • Lead the NPD process from concept generation to commercialization, collaborate with Innovation to develop innovative product formulations and samples.​
  • Support the scale-up and commercialization of new products, working closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams.​

Experience & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Engineering, or a related field.​
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Food Ingredients industry, with a strong preference for FMCG background.​
  • Proven track record in successfully managing NPD projects from concept to commercialization.​
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.​
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.​
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards within the food industry.​
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint).​
