Job Scope:

Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to ensure customers queries are answered professionally, in accordance with telephone standards.

Escalate the complaints to Supervisor if requires.

Follow-up with difficult customer calls, complaints and manages service recovery.

Managing the complaints and feedback with good closure.

Providing accurate and timely information to the team.

Feedback customers comments or requests to Supervisor for service or process improvement.

Any other duties as assigned by manager.



Requirements:

Must be able to converse in English and one other language (preferably Mother Tongue).

Candidates with prior experience in Customer Service/Call Centre is an advantage.



Working day : Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Working hour : 10pm to 645am

Working location: Near Yio Chu Kang (After completing the training, candidate can be placed on home base assignment)

Date of commencement: Immediate
