We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee office fit-out workplace projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budgets while ensuring high-quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop long-term and short-term project plans, setting clear targets and adhering to deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks to team members based on their expertise to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Make informed decisions when faced with multiple options for project progression.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for teams working on the same project to maintain synergy and collaboration.
  • Communicate with executives and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Perform quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle to maintain expected standards.
  • Adjust project schedules and targets as necessary based on evolving requirements and financial considerations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in office fit-out and workplace construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site construction processes, materials, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with executives, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.
