Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales and Technical Support Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the technical design, specification compliance, and design documentation for our security systems. The successful candidate will lead the technical support team, enabling them to excel in their roles within the Digital Services and Diagnostics Center. Additionally, this role involves supporting the seamless transition from the sales phase to the project phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Design and Specification Compliance:

  • Develop and oversee the technical design of security systems.
  • Ensure all designs meet specified compliance standards and regulations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation.

Team Leadership and Enablement:

  • Lead and mentor the technical support team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Provide technical enablement and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Services and Diagnostics Center to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Presales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the presales phase.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and answer client queries to support the sales process.

Project Phase Handover:

  • Facilitate the smooth transition from the sales phase to the project phase.
  • Ensure all technical requirements and specifications are clearly communicated to the project team.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, presales, project management or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of security systems and technical design principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
