  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:

  • Assist in contract manpower hiring due to ramp-up in operations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the manufacturing sector.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in any relevant business/ HR field
  • Min. 1-2 years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition , particularly in manufacturing recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
