We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Trio-Tech International Pte Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and ensure positive on-boarding & off-boarding experience.
- Support payroll administration, including verifying of attendance and over-time, IR21 tax clearance etc.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as creating/updating employee records, managing leave, and maintaining HR databases.
- Assist in work pass, employment contract administration.
- Assist in employee benefits, claims, and welfare programs.
- Assist in yearly appraisal process.
- Assist in coordinating employee training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and career growth.
- Assist in organizing company’s events/ activities, promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Singapore's HR best practices and legislative requirements.
- Handle general office administration.
- Travel administrator for non-exempt level staff.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time-to-time by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR generalist (Candidates with no prior experience will be considered. Training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office
- Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill.
- Metiin handling HR documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
