How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Location: Main Office in Bukit Batok (But required to report at client's site from time to time)

Salary: Up to S$4,500




Responsibilities

To manage the office internal maintenance including Electrical, Air-con Plumbing and Building issue

Report on the defect and closed back the loop when completed

Manage external sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly

Prepare monthly meeting minutes and submit to owner / Prepare monthly report

Prepare quotation for minor and A&A works / Perform some minor trouble shooting and hands on works if required



Requirements

Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance qualification

Relevant working experience in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance

Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good relationship with clients

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Must be comfortable working 5.5 and/or 6 days work week

Must be comfortable to be deployed to different work sites
