Sales & Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Generate Leads:
· Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation tactics.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects for security technology products and solutions.
2. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
· Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of security technology solutions.
· Explain complex technical features in a simple, understandable way to clients.
· Present and demonstrate the features of security products and services.
3. Prepare Proposals:
· Develop customized proposals and quotations for potential clients based on their security needs and the technology solutions discussed.
· Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position the company’s security technology effectively.
· Provide feedback and insights on competitors’ products and strategies to improve sales and marketing tactics.
5. Cold Calling and Lead Nurturing:
· Initiate cold calls and follow-up calls to identify and qualify new prospects in the security technology / Manpower space.
· Nurture relationships with existing leads, building trust and guiding them through the sales process until conversion.
6. Email Campaigns & Marketing Collateral:
· Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at educating potential clients about security technology solutions.
· Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, case studies, and presentations.
· Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence.
7. Reporting and Sales Forecasting:
· Regularly update and maintain a CRM system with leads, prospects, and sales activities.
· Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

8. Maintain Customer Relationships:
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent post-sales support and regular follow-up.
· Ensure customer satisfaction with the security technology solution implemented, and assist with upselling or cross-selling additional products when appropriate.
Requirements:
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) especially with PowerPoint & Presentation.
· Knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools is an advantage.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
