Responsibilities:
Carry out general cleaning which includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilet, polishing the stores, bar, kitchen and equipment.
Responsible for ensuring the kitchen, all kitchen equipment, all surfaces, serving ware, dish ware are clean and sanitized.
Scraping food from dirty dishes and washing the used dishes and kitchen utensils.
Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation and dispose of waste as per store and authority standards.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained at all times.
Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Physically fit.
Experience in using a dishwashing machine would be a benefit.
Working days: Monday to Thursday, unless other cover is needed.
Working hours: 10am - 4pm.
Pay rate $15 per hour.
Willing to work in different outlets/locations if needed.
