Responsibilities

Achieve line and batch efficiency and output requirements.
Maximize output by reducing downtime through monitoring and controlling changeover time
Produce the right quality by managing all quantity according to the process order.
Ensure proper product labelling, coding and other information accurately
Carry out the right cleaning, sanitation and GMP according to Quality System requirements.
Proper handover before going on leave / changeover shift
Trained in Good Documentation Practices and cGMP to ensure to be always audit ready.
Able to do basic troubleshooting of filling machines, faulty valves, SICK cameras, robot palletizers and conveyors
Maintaining the cleanliness of production line.
Doing weekly and monthly inventory count.
Do CAPA when there is a customer complaint
To ensure overall equipment efficiency meets the requirement target set by the company





Requirements


At least 1 years experience in Food Manufacturing Field.
Independent with positive working attitude.
Automated Food Manufacturing Equipment
Singaporean only.
