Concierge
Job Responsibilities
1. Handles all duties associated with the daily Concierge Desk operations.
2. Assists in coordinating transportation requirements (e.g. taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine service) for guests/visitors.
3. Administers all guests’ bookings arrangements e.g. airlines, F&B, attractions, SISTIC bookings etc.
4. Handles guest requests, queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
5. Offers suggestions and provides constructive advice to ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Handles all incoming and outgoing mail and messages/ courier matters.
7. Manages a team of Bellman/Bell Captain in the absence of the Chief Concierge.
8. Keeps updated on latest events/information pertaining to tourism matters happening in town and Hotel’s amenities and services.
9. Performs any other job tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
1. 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a 4/5 star hotel
2. Customer oriented and guest focused
3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
4. Possesses excellent knowledge on Opera system
5. Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
6. Positive attitude and good communication skills
7. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
