Facilities Technician (Immediate Hiring)

Job Responsibilities:
· Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).
· Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
· To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
· Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
· Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
· Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
· Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
· Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Electronics /Building / Facility Management or facilities maintenance
