Job Description

  • Manage key account customer portfolio at various site by coordinating, directing, monitoring cleaning operation.
  • Manage Resident Supervisor , cleaning crews to ensure delivery of operations at all sites.
  • To establish periodic visit on site with joint inspection with customers to ensure service quality is adhere as per contract requirements.
  • Training and development of cleaning crews including Team Leader / Supervisor to enhance their competency .
  • Maintain the budget in terms of manpower and inventory.
  • Plan and select appropriate equipment and / or technologies and supplies for all sites.
  • Manage, supervise the timely resolution of problems, complaints and issues on the ground in a satisfactory manner
  • Lead in all safety – related matters and champion safety and health initiative.

Experience requires

  • Minimum 3 years in hospitality operations experience.
  • Excellent in manpower management ie : timesheet, manpower planning
  • Able to work independently and effectively with personnel at different level of requirement .
  • Prefer computer literate .
