Job Description
- Manage key account customer portfolio at various site by coordinating, directing, monitoring cleaning operation.
- Manage Resident Supervisor , cleaning crews to ensure delivery of operations at all sites.
- To establish periodic visit on site with joint inspection with customers to ensure service quality is adhere as per contract requirements.
- Training and development of cleaning crews including Team Leader / Supervisor to enhance their competency .
- Maintain the budget in terms of manpower and inventory.
- Plan and select appropriate equipment and / or technologies and supplies for all sites.
- Manage, supervise the timely resolution of problems, complaints and issues on the ground in a satisfactory manner
- Lead in all safety – related matters and champion safety and health initiative.
Experience requires
- Minimum 3 years in hospitality operations experience.
- Excellent in manpower management ie : timesheet, manpower planning
- Able to work independently and effectively with personnel at different level of requirement .
- Prefer computer literate .
