The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, HR Systems and Analytics is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of THKMC's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), services, and applications. This role actively identifies areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and user experience, and maximise technological capabilities to reduce manual processes. This role will also provide actionable insights through people analytics and execute strategies and governance on employee data management.

System and Project Management

  • Manage the HRIS implementations, process improvements and system enhancements for core HR processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to analyse business needs and support the planning, development, testing, and implementation of relevant systems
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS maintenance (e.g. upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and troubleshooting of technical problems/deficiencies)
  • Assist with the integration of HRIS data with other HR systems and databases, and ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across systems
  • Develop and implement user-friendly guides and documentation and provide necessary education to end-users
  • Perform regular data audits and validation in supporting data integrity and system security
  • Support policy review and development related to the HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and related regulations for all HR-related systems

People Analytics and Reporting

  • Collect and analyse data and statistics to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance operational excellence and business outcomes
  • Create and manage customised reports and dashboards of HR metrics, workforce trends, and operational performance, for reporting to senior leadership
  • Ensure analytical tools and reporting solutions deliver accurate and actionable data to end users
  • Provide data analysis support in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards, where required

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Information System/Management or any related discipline
  • Preferably minimum 4 years of professional experience in HRIS, prior experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Process-oriented, well-organised with excellent project management skills
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS 365 Office applications, knowledge in people analytics tools and HR reporting solutions would be desirable, but not a must
  • A resourceful team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
