
M&E Facilities Maintenance Engineer (Immediate Hiring)
Job Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute and supervise all M&E maintenance related work services.
· Manage M&E works and services for effective and efficient M&E facilities performance.
· Coordinate and supervise the M&E installation and maintenance work.
· Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the facilities team to resolve any technical issues.
· Attend M&E related meetings and involve in the preparation of related reports.
· Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical, electrical works.
· Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works .
· Prepare and follow- up closely on the client inquiries and quotations.
· Follow the company internal work processes and documentation.
· Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high quality standards.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Building / Facilities Management related qualifications.
· M&E Facilities operations background with at least 3 years of experience will be an added advantage.
