Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this generalist role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR, with a focus on HR Development, Performance/Talent Management, Engagement and Administration for a start.
- Partner Business Units to advise stakeholders and support in relevant HR matters such as developing in-house courses, administering training budget and external course registrations, managing annual performance and talent review exercises etc.
- Support in reviewing and updating of HR policies. Keep abreast of HR regulations and best market practices, to recommend enhancement of practices and streamlining of processes.
- Plan and lead in driving employee engagement programs and events to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support in maintaining HR System, ensuring accurate records and documentation. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights to support decision making and reviews.
- Lead and manage office administration, which includes office planning, employee travel management, procurement of office stationery, equipment and other supplies etc.
- Support in other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience from public sector will be an added advantage.
- Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act.
- A team player with strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and ability to prioritise effectively.
