Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: IT/ Consultancy Firm

Position Title: Senior Business Analyst

Working Location: Yishun

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm

Salary Package: up to $7,000

Duration: 2 years contract (Renewable/ Convertible to Perm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and synthesize information from business users.
  • Identify the true needs of stakeholders beyond their expressed desires.
  • Define detailed requirements, diagnose business problems, and clearly state what is needed to resolve these issues.
  • Develop a business case outlining the approach to address the problem, the costs involved, and the expected benefits for the organization.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and the capabilities of the solution, continuously verifying that changes meet expected business benefits and that the business case remains relevant.
  • Facilitate communication across organizational units.
  • Collaborate with the development team and solution architect to design and define the solution.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and application developers.
