  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a IT Operations Support Officer with keen interest on government projects.

  • Opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation project.
  • Salary up to $4,500
  • Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Working Location: East

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of systems.
  • Provide project administrative support; manage project vendors; collaborate closely with stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Provide timely project updates and ensure proper issue/risk management and escalations.
  • Identifying areas for improvement, development and implementing enhanced processes
  • Assist in project-related administrative tasks, such as documentation, invoice verifications etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement, system management and operational support.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently.
