Responsibilities:

· Ledger Input: Accurately input financial transactions into the company ledger, ensuring proper coding and documentation.

· Cash Collection Input: Record and track cash collections, reconciling them with sales records and bank deposits.

· Statement of Account (SOA) Preparation: Generate and distribute Statements of Account to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

· Item List Management: Maintain and update item lists, including descriptions, pricing, and other relevant details.

· Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking, including recording stock movements, conducting stocktakes, and reporting discrepancies.

· Debtor/Creditor Management: Support the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including tracking outstanding invoices and payments.

· Logistics Support: Assist with logistical tasks as needed, such as coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and maintaining related records.

· Administrative Support: Basic follow up of emailing our clients / suppliers.

· (if Myanmar) - communication with our office in Myanmar regarding documentations, procurement of information in Burmese language.

What you need:

· Some basic accounting or bookkeeping experience.

· Good typing skills and accuracy.

· Good with computers and programs like Excel.

· Organized and able to manage your time.

· Able to work alone and with others.

· Good communication skills.

· Attention to detail.

It's a plus if you:

Have experience with inventory systems.

Hours:

Part-time, flexible. (Will adjust working time at interview)
