The Vision Deliver Finance team is recruiting a Finance Analyst who will provide finance support for Deliver function for Asia-Pacific region, and support change management for regional FP&A process and management reporting changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular reports to drive visibility to Deliver-owned financial metrics for the region.
  • Support financial records reconciliation under new management reporting & planning solutions
  • Support updates of the change management progress and drive some of the change management agenda
  • Support submissions in regional FP&A processes for business planning cycles & updates, forecasting, and actuals reporting.
  • Support consolidation of regional financials tracking to support regional FP&A processes & submissions
  • Support ongoing improvement in the reporting capabilities (Example, updating excel reporting solutions to new data sources, enhancing reports to new business needs)

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent with minimum 1 year of experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (such as Pivot Table, various look-ups)
  • Critical Competencies
  • Attention to details to ensure accuracy of data, even with large dataset
  • Strong planning and prioritization
  • Learning agility to understand business requirements
