  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Business requirements gathering and shop floor automation solution evaluation
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of MES systems to improve production planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Configure and integrate MES with other plant systems, such as ERP and PLCs.
  • Liaise with vendors to develop and implement MES modules for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and conducting testing (SIT, UAT)
  • System monitoring and support, including troubleshooting, configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation within the plant.
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Explore emerging technologies like IoT, AI, and machine learning to drive innovation.
  • Lead and manage digitalization projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, develop project plans, and allocate resources.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MES implementation, configuration, and support. preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of MES systems and their functionalities.
  • Experience with industrial automation and control systems (PLCs, SCADA).
  • Experience with setting up laptops/desktops, installing software, windows OS and troubleshooting Wi-Fi and printer issues.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, C#) and scripting.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
