Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions to enhance marketing automation, campaign execution, and customer engagement.

• Customize Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features to align with business objectives.

• Implement Mobile Push Notifications and integrate them with marketing strategies.

• Develop and integrate ASP.NET (C#) applications with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Work with Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) to integrate SFMC with third-party platforms.

• Collaborate on Communication Platform Integration, ensuring seamless messaging across different channels.

• Utilize SQL Server 2008 R2 for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• Develop SSRS reports for marketing analytics and performance tracking.

• Implement customer segmentation, journey mapping, and audience targeting using Salesforce tools.

• Support and enhance CRM 4.0 & CRM 2011 functionalities, ensuring alignment with Marketing Cloud.

• Develop and maintain workflows, triggers, and automations within Salesforce CRM.

• Ensure data consistency between Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CRM systems.

• Implement journey builder, email studio, and automation studio for personalized marketing campaigns.

• Develop and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection regulations in marketing campaigns.

• Implement best practices for data security and customer privacy in Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM integration.

• Bachelor of technology or similar relevant education background.

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET 4.0, Web Services, and SQL Server 2008 R2.

• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Mobile Push Notifications.

• Experience with SSRS for reporting and analytics.

• Knowledge of communication platform integration and marketing automation best practices.

• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce data architecture.

• Familiarity with customer segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing analytics.

• Relevant salesforce certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience in Omni-channel marketing strategy development.

• Understanding of AI-driven marketing automation within SFMC.

• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.

• Experience in cloud-based marketing platforms and customer data platforms (CDP).
