  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

JOB SCOPE:

- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

- Administration of Desktop, Server, Network Device (Firewall, Router & Switches), Printer & IT related equipment

- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.

- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

- Creating user accounts and performing access control from Navision System / Domain / In-house applications

- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.

- To ensure all backup schedules are running.

- To perform data recovery exercises monthly with the team.

- Provide end-user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to ensure smooth business operation

- Manage IT Asset Inventory

- Support in-house Applications

- Ad hoc duties/projects as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or similar

- Good understanding of computer networks

- Minimum 2 years working experience in end-user desktop, networking, server, hardware, and software support

- Experience in managing VMWare platforms

- Familiar with all Microsoft products: Windows O/S, Office, SQL Database, Active Directory & Terminal Server

- Familiar with Veeam software and other backup tools and techniques

- Familiar with Fortigate or Cisco firewall/routers

- Ability to troubleshoot network, hardware, and software problems

- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
