  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
Develop and deliver skills-based and people capabilities training programs.

  1. Perform learning needs analysis with stakeholders and recommend development interventions.
  2. Set up learning frameworks; propose high-quality interventions to support Organisational Health and Excellence.
  3. Ensure training materials and curriculum are updated on a timely manner to align with the latest clinical/operational practices, and with latest learning development trends and best practices.
  4. Develop and launch Train-the-trainer programmes.
  5. Perform pre and post training activities (e.g. training reports, post-course evaluation)
  6. Monitor and review training programme effectiveness and return on investment periodically and produce learning reports.
  7. Source, evaluate and adopt digital learning tools and software.
  8. Support the development and implementation of transformation projects within, to advance organisational excellence to better deliver its mission.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources/Business or similar w min 3-5 yrs of relevant L&D experience, preferably in public sector
