Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Senior Accounts Specialist located in Anson Road. Our client is a global market leader as an automotive parts supplier with a focus on wire harnesses, instruments, and components. The role involves in assist the Trade Payable Team in managing supplier and sales invoices via the OPEN TEXT portal. Handle manual DN/CN, AP/AR monthly offsetting, and ensure invoice accuracy. Oversee monthly vendor settlements, financial reporting, and quarterly GST filing. Review AP aging reports, prepare COGS reports, and liaise with auditors on AP confirmations. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or Professional Accounting qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience particularly in AP, AR, intercompany confirmation, GST management and GAP analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites and Power BI, preferably with good knowledge in ERP system such as SAP//Digital Documentation System (OPEN TEXT)/Workday Adaptive.
