Position Summary
The position reports to the HR Head and is responsible for Company overall L&D activities including L&D budgeting and Total Learning Plan.
Candidate must have passion and ownership of the key functions in L&D activities. He / She must have both key traits as a Team Player and Leader to coordinate well with internal team members and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer training programs and develop competency matrix.
· Work with management to identify Subject Matter Experts to develop training plans.
· Oversee the deployment of external training programs.
· Manage database for training information and maintain update of training programs.
· Review and recommend improvement to existing training programs.
· Source and recommend external training programs according to training plans and requirements.
· Perform Training Needs Analysis
· Administer all L&D procedures in compliance with ISO and IATF requirements.
· Manage L&D budgets and expenses.
· Proper record keeping and collaboration with other stakeholders.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any similar discipline.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development.
· Experience in developing L&D training plan and conducting training programs.
· Effective L&D administrator
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-starter with ability to work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Good knowledge of ISO standards.
· Work experience in the semiconductor sector or manufacturing environment preferred.
