As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of trade marketing and merchandising strategies across four brands in the skincare and haircare industry. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Brand Alignment

  • Adapt and deploy trade marketing strategies across modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.
  • Ensure all marketing and merchandising initiatives are aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Singapore Marketing Director to define trade marketing strategies and ensure regional alignment.

Marketing Plan & Budget Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage A&P budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum impact.
  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing, merchandising, and communication materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to execute trade programs effectively.
  • Drive product launches with a coordinated go-to-market strategy.
  • Leverage digital, medical, and marketing tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Market Research & Performance Analysis

  • Conduct consumer and trade insights analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms for online sales and customer insights to refine trade marketing strategies.
  • Gather feedback on campaign performance and share best practices across regional teams.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing within a consumer environment (e-commerce exposure is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, commercial acumen, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about the skincare and haircare industries.
