Our client a private tertiary institution. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Executive to be part of their Customer Service Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Customer Service Executive:
- Provide a welcoming environment for walk-ins and assist visitors with inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Ensure proper logging and escorting of visitors, maintaining security and professionalism.
- Assist students with self-printing areas and handle any technical issues.
- Monitor classroom facilities, ensuring whiteboard markers and dusters are available and replaced when needed.
- Provide support to faculty, including managing gantry access, distributing exam materials, and handling weekend ad-hoc tasks.
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
- Coordinate front desk duties such as handling mail, deliveries, and distributing correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage lost & found items.
- Assist with room bookings, processing admin invoices, and managing confidential document disposal.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience
- Comfortable with rotation between 2 sites (Central Area)
