Our client a private tertiary institution. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Executive to be part of their Customer Service Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Duties of Customer Service Executive:

  • Provide a welcoming environment for walk-ins and assist visitors with inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ensure proper logging and escorting of visitors, maintaining security and professionalism.
  • Assist students with self-printing areas and handle any technical issues.
  • Monitor classroom facilities, ensuring whiteboard markers and dusters are available and replaced when needed.
  • Provide support to faculty, including managing gantry access, distributing exam materials, and handling weekend ad-hoc tasks.
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
  • Coordinate front desk duties such as handling mail, deliveries, and distributing correspondence.
  • Monitor office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage lost & found items.
  • Assist with room bookings, processing admin invoices, and managing confidential document disposal.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience
  • Comfortable with rotation between 2 sites (Central Area)
