Duties of Public Relations & Communications Manager:

  • Develop and execute PR strategies, media campaigns, and communications plans.
  • Draft and refine PR materials, including press releases, speeches, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Plan and oversee events such as media briefings, press conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers, photographers, event organizers).
  • Monitor media trends and provide strategic PR counsel to clients.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and professional growth.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of PR strategies and the ability to meet communication objectives.
