Construction Systems and Process Leader
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Facilities & Construction, you will play a pivotal role and be responsible for defining and implementing processes, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and coordinating activities to handle coordinated project performance between cost, schedule and safety. You will lead activities to simplify and handle the change delivery activities, ensure program consistency between sites with respect to construction processes, supplier behaviors and performance. You will coordinate construction program services including but not limited to, quality assurance strategies and performance coordinated project controls, program commissioning & delivery, and strategic program development in systems documentation, Hexagon, BIM and AI. Responsibilities involve establishing construction management methodologies to train future Micron Construction professionals.
Other Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution; Develop comprehensive strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Plan and initiate new projects, including setting timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Performance Management; Establish & supervise performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities
- Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management; Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions and coordinate approach to key strategic suppliers
- Supplier Management; Assurance of supplier adherence to best known construction practices, means and methods
You Are:
- Possess a Bachelors’ Degree or above and at least 10 years of work experience in construction specializing in construction processes and systems.
- An outstanding leader with a consistent track record in construction management, project management, and implementing standard methodologies
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive central initiatives in a highly organized and adaptable manner
- Strong communication skills needed to work closely with and influence collaborators at all levels.
- Passionate about driving improvements and achieving operational excellence.
- The ability to form collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners.
