As a Marketing & Market Launcher Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading our brand's entry and expansion in the Vietnam market. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to understand the Vietnamese market landscape, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities and challenges for our brand within this market and develop tailored marketing strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a market entry strategy for Vietnam, including product adaptation, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet local preferences and regulatory requirements.
- Marketing Execution: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising tailored to the Vietnamese audience.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and maximize ROI.
- Partnership and Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Negotiate partnerships and sponsorships that align with the brand’s values and market goals.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize future marketing strategies.
Prepare detailed reports on market insights and campaign outcomes for senior management.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a small team dedicated to the Vietnamese market to ensure they meet their individual and team objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a market launching role, preferably in or with the Vietnamese market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, and the ability to adapt strategies to fit local contexts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to travel as required.
