  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

F&B company is looking for Executive chef for food stalls, the job roles will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Guiding chef in the management of their respective sections in daily operations
  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Ensure the quality of all the dishes adheres to the company’s standard
  • Supervise kitchen operations and ensure smooth flow of food
    Coordinating and monitoring budget provisions to ensure proper expenditures
  • Ensuring that meals are prepared according to recipe, portion control, conforming to hygiene and religious guidelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with MUIS regulations
  • Identifying appropriate training plans for Chefs and cooks and ensuring that are trained, orientated and updated
  • Estimate food requirements and food/labour costs
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements

  • At least 3 year of relevant experience in Malay cuisine
  • Experience in managing staff
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
  • Comfortable to work rotating shifts and weekends/public holiday
