We are seeking 10 highly responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced part-time assistants to assist with the coordination of a wedding event. This is a critical event, and we require professionals who can execute with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
Assist in overall event coordination, ensuring smooth execution of event flow.
Support setup and teardown of event décor, seating arrangements, and logistics.
Liaise with vendors, guests, and key personnel to maintain event schedules.
Provide clear guidance and assistance to the bridal party and VIP guests.
Handle last-minute changes and problem-solve on the spot with a calm and professional demeanor.
Ensure high standards of service and discretion are maintained throughout the event.

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, particularly in weddings or large-scale events.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills (fluent in English; Mandarin or dialects are a plus).
Must be physically fit and able to work long hours on their feet.
Proven track record in providing high-level service and support at events.
Must be legally able to work in Singapore (citizens/PRs or those with valid work passes).

Shift Timing:
Full-day commitment (exact hours will be confirmed closer to the event).
Mandatory pre-event briefing session(s) before the wedding day (date TBC).
