We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building, deploying, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools that enable the development and operations teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently and reliably. This position requires expertise in automation, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), cloud platforms, and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support application development and deployment.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor and maintain the availability, scalability, and performance of systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system architecture, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement and manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Ensure system security by implementing best practices, such as access control, encryption, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and infrastructure issues.
  • Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Set up and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting tools for infrastructure and application performance (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to the DevOps process.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar role.
    Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
    Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Shell, PowerShell).
    Experience with version control systems like Git and branching strategies.
    Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
    Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
    Understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
