  • Perform daily accounting for payables
  • Checking of overtime and expenses claim
  • Ensure all payments are properly supported with documentation
  • Liaise with supplier on the dispute invoice issue
  • Prepare vendor reconciliation & payment schedule
  • Supporting Finance Manager in other duties

Requirements

  • Min ‘O’ Level and above
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Quickbooks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to start within short notice
  • 5 days work week
