Job Description
- Maintain full set of accounts including AR, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, and Bank Reconciliation for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
- Handling tax returns, tax submissions, GST quarterly reports and GST filings
- Handling general corporate secretarial matters
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Working location: Paya Lebar (Walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri) 9am to 6pm
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in accountancy or equivalent
- Proficient in Accounting Software - Quickbooks, Xero, Info-Tech, SingTax, but not necessary
- Proficient in MS Excel
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in a relevant field will be advantageous
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be an added advantage
