WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team.
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. This role involves managing digital content and creating a positive public image of the company.
The role can be managed primarily remotely but you will also be required to join us in our office at times. You must be based in Singapore and willing to work in-person at our office when necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital marketing content management: creating and managing content across various platforms, including the company’s website, linkedin, and other social media.
- Website maintenance and updates: ensuring the company website is up to date with the latest products, services, and project references.
- Social media strategy: managing and implementing social media campaigns, interacting with followers, and analysing engagement metrics to drive brand awareness.
- Seo and sem: optimizing digital content for search engines
- Email campaign management: running email campaigns using tools like hubspot or other email platforms, including preparing content and analysing results.
- Exhibition and event support: assisting with the preparation and coordination of exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. This includes creating promotional materials and ensuring the company’s presence is effectively represented.
- Market research: conducting research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Project portfolio management: keeping track of project references, case studies, and success stories in PowerPoint presentations or a portfolio for marketing and sales use.
- Branding and messaging: ensuring that all marketing materials, digital content, and communications align with the company’s brand and messaging.
- Collaborate with sales: working closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing strategies align with sales objectives and customer engagement efforts. Creating marketing materials where necessary.
- Analytics and reporting: monitoring the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and preparing performance reports to present to management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Min. 1 year of experience in marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT savvy and able to quickly pick up use of new systems
- Able to work independently in a functional role, as well as part of a collaborative team
- Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and be team oriented
- Experience in content creation and website management
- Some experience with design softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus
- Microsoft 365 programmes; Teams, Outlook, etc.
