Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and assess candidates through phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process until onboarding.
  • Engage in cold calling and outreach

Requirements:

  • Open to undergraduates.
  • Self-motivated, with strong initiative and communication skills.
  • Possess strong judgment and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and stay organized.
  • Willing to work with financial services managers (no requirement to become a consultant).
