Responsibilities

  • Execute administration processes related to the full employee life cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, work pass management, performance evaluation, re-employment, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintain payroll records and information in an organized and secure manner.
  • Collaborate with department managers to support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Submit Government-Paid leaves such as NS claims, Paternity, and childcare leave as required.
  • Provide professional and timely advice on operational HR matters such as employee disciplinary issues, grievances, complaints and counselling.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource role and related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and statutory regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Organized and meticulous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
