About Fiix
Fiix has a big goal – to create a more sustainable world. Sounds lofty right? Our mission is to make every maintenance team successful by enabling the adoption of a CMMS and we're off to a great start. As a BDR, you will be the backbone of our sales process and responsible for establishing customer relationships and developing and providing motivated leads to our sales team. You'll work with Account Executives and Marketing to develop targeted strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
Based in Singapore or Philippines, you will be directly involved with the expansion of the Fiix & Rockwell business into the region and have the opportunity to be the local Fiix & Rockwell subject matter expert.

Reporting into the Director of APAC HVS Sales, you will define, test, and grow the business development engine that scales with our breakneck growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and deliver portfolio product value propositions and present the value of our solution to meet individual customer needs.
- Participate in inbound and outbound calling and email campaigns and exceed quotas related to number of calls made, number of emails sent, qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution and closed business.
- Make sales pipeline and capture and qualify leads through identifying prospect pains and product fit.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to create a fair and accurate pipeline, schedule qualified meetings and opportunity follow ups ensuring attendance and engagement.
- Answer incoming calls, distribute incoming emails and monitor Fiix's online chat portal.
- Prioritize and plan prospect tasks and outreach strategy.
- Participate in high-level product conversations with senior executives and other stakeholders within prospect accounts.
- Establish relationships with potential customers and positively represent Fiix,Rockwell and our products.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer interactions are captured in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Tailor enablement resources to the territory, vertical and customer specific needs of Rockwell sellers and distributors and account teams.
- Create business strategies and plans to grow overall sales and market share
What we're looking for:
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related
- Interest in pursuing a career in tech sales
- Maintain levels of activity to generate sales leads and exceed monthly goals.
- Storyteller extraordinaire, you're comfortable presenting a company and a product to anyone, in any setting.
- Prospecting and CRM experience in a SaaS software or technology environment
- 1+ years' experience in a role requiring quota accomplishment and a track record for meeting goals will put you ahead of the pack.
