Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure alignment with project schedules and requirements.
- Interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and regulations.
- Monitor and inspect M&E installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and proper execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and site constraints.
- Ensure all M&E works comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and necessary documentation per project and ISO standards.
- Identify and resolve site issues related to M&E systems, minimizing disruptions to project progress.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E coordination for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation procedures, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other M&E design software.
- Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems is an advantage.
