About the role:
We are looking to hire a General Manager for our Core Payments & FX products to help us redefine how businesses manage their finances and execute on that vision. As the General Manager for Payments & FX, you will own this product’s P&L and drive a cross-functional team to further develop the product and drive its adoption across all markets where we operate. This is a fast-paced and highly-impactful role for a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

About the role:
We are looking to hire a General Manager for our Core Payments & FX products to help us redefine how businesses manage their finances and execute on that vision. As the General Manager for Payments & FX, you will own this product’s P&L and drive a cross-functional team to further develop the product and drive its adoption across all markets where we operate. This is a fast-paced and highly-impactful role for a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Co-define the long term vision for Aspire’s Core Payment products with the executive team.
- Define the Product Roadmap and GTM strategy to deliver on that vision - taking into account the specificities of each market where we operate - regulatory, risk, competition, client needs etc.
- Drive all stakeholders of your team from licensing, product, compliance, risk, engineering, marketing, partnerships, sales, operations etc. functions to execute.
- Also work closely with local teams in each market where we operate to refine GTM strategies & support their needs.
- Hire and grow talents you’ll need to execute on the above.
- 8+ years of product experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- 4+ years of experience building and running Payment products
- Proven expertise in P&L ownership across global markets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong ability to structure, synthesize information and present to executives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization and organizational skills
- Start-up founder or entrepreneurial experience
- Previous experience as a General Manager / CEO
- International work experience - US, Europe, Asia
- Strategy consulting background at a top-tier firm
