Sales Manager
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing the business to achieve the company expansion target.
Responsibilities :
- He/she is required to identify new prospects for development to expand market share.
- Manage and maintain assigned existing clients with the goal for more business
- Sales activities including sales leads follow-up, presentation, quotation, specification review, negotiations, communication with HQ and post-sales follow-up till acceptance.
- Business Development for new accounts / new equipment sales / new markets as assigned.
Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and provide solutions for long-term success
- Collaborate closely with the customer service team and product manager in HQ
- Forecast planning ongoing CRM updates and weekly sales reporting
- Travel upon business needs to attend training sales meetings, trade shows, and followup
Your profile:
- Diploma or BS/MS degree in a technical field, business administration, or related field
- Several years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry; familiarity with inspection or metrology will be an advantage
- Track record in sales, preferably in capital goods
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel in short notice
- Able to work/respond on off-hour and work in a fast-paced Semiconductor environment
