Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing the business to achieve the company expansion target.

Responsibilities :

  • He/she is required to identify new prospects for development to expand market share.
  • Manage and maintain assigned existing clients with the goal for more business
  • Sales activities including sales leads follow-up, presentation, quotation, specification review, negotiations, communication with HQ and post-sales follow-up till acceptance.
  • Business Development for new accounts / new equipment sales / new markets as assigned.

Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and provide solutions for long-term success

  • Collaborate closely with the customer service team and product manager in HQ
  • Forecast planning ongoing CRM updates and weekly sales reporting
  • Travel upon business needs to attend training sales meetings, trade shows, and followup

Your profile:

  • Diploma or BS/MS degree in a technical field, business administration, or related field
  • Several years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry; familiarity with inspection or metrology will be an advantage
  • Track record in sales, preferably in capital goods
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel in short notice
  • Able to work/respond on off-hour and work in a fast-paced Semiconductor environment
  • Sales-driven, creative, dynamic, and independent
