As a Business & Market Validation Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our product strategy by conducting in-depth market research, identifying customer needs, and testing business assumptions. Your insights will directly impact our value proposition, pricing models, and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends.
- Validate product concepts through user interviews, surveys, pilot programs, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and refine the value proposition, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plan.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure product-market fit.
- Present compelling, data-backed business cases and strategic recommendations to persuade stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, business strategy, or product management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a startup environment or working with B2C products is a plus.
